Application Technology

• Substrate Preparation:
  • The substrate should be solid, dry, flat, and clean, free from dust and oil.
  • A suitable primer must be applied, which should be evenly coated to completely seal the substrate.
  • Before applying the primer, check the moisture content and pH value of the substrate putty. The moisture content should be less than 10%, and the pH value should be less than 10.
• Application Process:
  • Putty: Use crack-resistant coarse putty powder and healthy interior putty, applied by troweling 1-2 times, with a usage of about 1.5-2.0kg/m².
  • Primer: Use a dedicated penetrating primer, applied by rolling 1 time, with a usage of about 0.1-0.13kg/m².
  • Background Paint: Use a dedicated interior paint (light, medium, or dark colors), applied by rolling or spraying 1 time, with a usage of about 0.1-0.13kg/m².
  • Main Material: High Hardness Velvet Artistic Paint, applied by spraying or troweling 2 times, with a usage of about 0.2-0.4kg/m².
  • Top Coat: Use a dedicated texture essence liquid (matte), applied by rolling or spraying 1 time, with a usage of about 0.1-0.13kg/m².
• Drying Time: Under a temperature of 25°C, the surface dries quickly, and the recoating time should be at least 6-8 hours. In low-temperature or high-humidity environments, the recoating time should be extended appropriately.
• Application Conditions: The environment and substrate temperature should not be lower than 5°C, and the humidity should be below 85%. The spray gun should be 60-80cm away from the surface.

Storage

• Store in a cool, clean, and dry place with a temperature range of 5-35°C, avoiding direct sunlight and freezing.
• Leftover paint should be sealed tightly to prevent impurities from mixing in and causing the paint to deteriorate.
• If unopened and properly stored, the shelf life is 18 months.
